Etalk

So what exactly is E-Talk?
The aim of this email service is to make our current skills and resources available to members of the LGBT community who are unable (or not ready) to use the other services currently offered.

How does it work?
When you send an e-mail to etalk@londonfriend.org.uk, a trained volunteer will read it and aim to a reply within 48 hours.

Is it private?
Just as in the case with calls to our phone service, your e-mail will be treated with the strictest confidence.

Who can use E-Talk?
E-Talk is a service available to anyone in the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) community, or people who are questioning their sexuality. All of our volunteers identify as part of the community.

How can I mail E-Talk?
Just send an e-mail to etalk@londonfriend.org.uk

We won't share your address or contact details with anyone.

This service should not be used for contact in an emergency as the mailbox is not monitored on a regular basis. The same rules and limitations that apply to our other helplines, also apply to E-Talk.

Our General LGBT Helpline is open between 7.30pm and 10.00pm every evening, if you want to talk to one of our trained volunteers.

Our LGBT Bereavement Helpline is open every Tuesday between 7.30pm and 10.00pm
